It was amazing to meet Tip’s family in Laos. Tip has tons of cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandma still in Laos. Here is the video of us meeting for the first time in Don Kho Island in Pakse, Laos.

Awh that was adorable! Were any of you taking anti-malarials? I will be travelling a lot of SE Asian in the next 3 years and I’m aware that countries like Laos and Cambodia etc have a lot of malaria infecting mozzies, and it’s a big worry!
We didn’t take any malaria pills although I think they do recommend it. It might be smart. Where all will you be going?
Well we will be in China for a year, then we will be teaching english probably for a year (but not sure in which country, maybe Laos or Cambodia if we can’t get into South Korea) then travelling phillipines, indonesia, thailand, japan, korea etc
