What a beautiful place! We had the chance to stay here from a friend our ours, who has a vacation club there. When we arrived, we were greeted with a cold towel and a watermelon drink, which was fabulous because it was about 95 degrees! The staff was extremely friendly! The beds were very comfy, and the rooms were very spacious. We had a great deck that we could sit and relax on. 
The pool was lovely, slightly warm, and since we just missed the busy season, the pool was hardly busy at all. The beach is a short walk away, but if you didn’t feel like walking they would provide a ride on the golf cart. Mai Khao beach is a private beach, so it was great not to have to worry about crowds on the beach. The wifi was very fast and free. You could also rent bikes from them and ride around, which was a great way to enjoy the island a little more.
